Our engagement with Pinnacle Village centered on developing a brand identity for a 27-acre mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas, designed to become a vibrant community destination. Early in the process, we established the brand theme “Live, Work, Play” to capture the project’s blend of high-end living, innovative workspaces, retail, dining, and leisure experiences. This idea guided the visual identity, challenging us to express the overlap between those uses while preserving a distinctive “P/V” letterform within the mark. In a fast-growing and increasingly competitive Northwest Arkansas retail and entertainment landscape, the brand needed to feel elevated, memorable, and flexible enough to support Pinnacle Village’s long-term vision.
